Salon Manager & Hairstylist (Full-Time)

Overview Operate at the intersection of leadership and artistry. We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist & Salon Manager to lead our organic spa and salon in the beautiful Vail Valley. In this hybrid role, you will run your own chair in a peaceful wellness environment alongside our holistic spa services, while simultaneously steering daily salon operations, admin, and our custom stylist apprenticeship program.We service a massive 70+ wedding clientele every year, so an enthusiasm for bridal styling and weekend availability is highly valued! While an existing local clientele is a major plus, a relentless drive to self-promote, grow your book, and champion clean beauty is what matters most. What You'll Do

• Artistry & Bridal: Provide premium organic cut, color, and treatment services, and help anchor our busy summer bridal styling team.
• Salon Operations: Oversee daily workflows, handle front desk check-outs, manage inventory, and handle light admin (social media, emails, website updates).
• Team Leadership: Mentors new talent through our apprenticeship program and fosters a collaborative, low-tox team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Active state Cosmetology License with a deep passion for organic/clean beauty lines.
• Strong leadership capabilities, a warm approach to client resolution, and tech-savviness for basic salon admin.

Compensation 

On-Target Earnings: Expected $75,000 in your first year through a lucrative combination of hourly base pay, commission, and tips.

Pay Range: Equivalent to $40.00 – $150.00 per hour based on performance and booking volume.

Licensed Esthetician and/or Massage Therapist (Part-Time)

Overview Bring your passion for holistic healing to our organic spa and salon sanctuary in the Vail Valley. We are expanding our wellness team and are looking for both a part-time Esthetician and/or a part-time Massage Therapist. If you are a dual-licensed professional who can seamlessly transition between skin rituals and bodywork, that is a massive bonus! You will operate in a peaceful, low-tox environment alongside other high-end services like organic hair styling. What You’ll Do

• For Estheticians: Perform customized facials, skin analyses, eyelash extensions, waxing and/or sugaring, makeup and holistic treatments using clean, non-toxic products.
• For Massage Therapists: Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments customized to individual client needs (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy).
• Client Connection: Educate guests on mindful, low-tox home care routines, body wellness, and holistic skin health.

What We’re Looking For

• Active state Esthetician or Massage Therapist, Dual-licensure is highly valued!
• Deep knowledge of (or a strong desire to learn about) clean beauty ingredients, body mechanics, and holistic health.
• A warm, calming presence with excellent communication and customer service skills.

We are expanding our floor and looking for passionate Full-Time or Part-Time Hairstylists who want to build a thriving book in the Vail Valley using clean, organic color and care lines. We specialize in comprehensive hair wellness, and this role focuses on high-quality cuts, colors, scalp therapy, and styling. Weekend availability is highly preferred, as we look to have this person work with our bustling summer bridal styling team as well. While an existing local clientele is preferred, it is absolutely not a must—at the very least, you must bring the drive and passion to network, self-promote, and attract new clients to your chair! What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional cutting, coloring, custom styling, and specialized scalp therapy treatments.
• Actively network and engage with the Vail Valley community to attract new guests and build your books.
• Learn our signature organic haircare lines and stay updated on the latest clean beauty trends through continuous education.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience is preferred, but if you are newly licensed and full of drive, we will still absolutely consider you!
• Active state Hair Stylist or Cosmetology License.
• A strong passion for clean beauty and an eagerness to style wedding clients on weekends.
