Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required at the time of booking but will never be charged without your knowledge. However, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy below.

All cancellations and reschedules require 24 hour notice prior to scheduled service time. Anything outside of the 24 hours and all no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. 

If for some reason the card on file is unable to be processed, you will be invoiced and required to pay any outstanding balances before booking your next service.
